Unable to login after changing password

I changed password because of security beach.  I can login online ok but in the app it won't let me. Says email or password is incorrect. Iv deleted app And restarted iPhone but still doesn't letting me login.

I appreciate you have replied to me with the screenshot requested. At this moment I would like to ask you to reset the password on your account one more time through the Fitbit app. Immediately after resetting the password try to log in again, if you receive the same message, please force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swipe it up, then open it again and try to log in. If you're still receiving the same message, please reply to me so I can determine which steps should we take next.

Hi - I am having the same problem.  I did what was instructed below and I still cannot log into the app.  I am log in online fine.

I am also experiencing a problem with the reset. I reset it in my email on the computer and it will not work on my phone to sync my versa. I have re-started my phone, deleted the app and downloaded it again. I am at a loss....
