Hello, I am using the latest Fitbit app on iPhone 11. I was having an issue where my water was triple logging and food would not appear in the search on WiFi or on data. After searching and finding there was no update available (I thought maybe there was a bug), I deleted and re-downloaded the app. Now the app will not let me log in at all. I tried to log in on the website to make sure I was using the right password, but kept getting sent to a blank redirect page. It seemed like I successfully logged in, but then when I clicked "Dashboard" I was again directed to the blank page.To be extra safe, I tried to reset my password on the app, and got the error that the service as unavailable.
What gives? Please help as I just want to keep track of water and food throughout the day. Thanks!

First and foremost I apologize for my late response. I see you submitted your post 2 days ago. Are you still currently experiencing issues or has the issue resolved itself? I do know personally I experienced a similar issue signing into my Online Dashboard a few days ago and the issue remained about two hours but then mysteriously resolved itself. I just chalked it up as a possible server issue the site might be having. I’m wondering if this is what happened to you as well.
