Since updating to OS 13 earlier this week, generally the Fitbit app has worked fine. Except one critical failure.
I can’t manually enter an exercise. If I touch the stopwatch in the top right corner of the exercise section, to log or track? The app screen hides. I’m suddenly looking at my phone main screen.
I’ve shut down and restarted my phone (XS). Everything else with the Fitbit and the app seems to be working fine.
Just the one, major, bug.
Any ideas?

Best AnswerHello @KFit789
What version of the Fitbit app do you have? Are you running 3.6.1? Also iOS has come out with 13.1.1.....I would check that. Plus sometimes it helps just to log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up. Restart your device then log back in again. I would try that first.
😃 please let me know if this solution solves your issue

Best AnswerI have IOS 13.1.2 and have the same issue. Can't manually log exercise in the app. Only able to do so on the webpage.
Hello @SunsetRunner @SunsetRunner and @vfuson sorry to hear your all having trouble manually entering exercises. I did note that recently the plus sign is no longer on the exercise tile in the Fitbit App. This may have been a change in the recent update....But you can indeed still manually input exercises but you have to go about it slightly different. Try this:
open your Fitbit app
tap your exercise tile
tap the stopwatch on upper right
tap log
enter exercise then tap add.
😃 I do hope this provides you with an answer to your question
