Brand new Fitbit Alta will not connect with my iPhone X. I have gone through every troubleshooting suggestions on here and still will not connect ?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps you found in this board. At this moment I would like to ask you for a list of the these troubleshooting steps so I can determine what we should do next. Also, it will be very helpful for me to know in which part of the setup process the Alta gets stuck.
