Hello @Ormerstohl, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If your tracker is not setting up with your phone, please try the following:
- Make sure you're running the latest version of the Fitbit app. Go to Account > Help to check the version, the latest is the 2.42 (726)
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
- Check that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process.
- Restart your Charge HR then leave it plugged in and charging.
- Restart your phone as well.
After checking this, please try to set up your tracker once again:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
