Hello @Tami63, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Not helpful, these steps have been tried repeatedly and Versa will not receive iPhone text or call notifications after first two weeks of use. This seems to be a prevalent issue that FitBit needs to address promptly so that all of us that stayed loyal to FitBit brand at Christmas aren't forced to return.
