My Fitbit app is not allowing me to add a device. Will not give me any account options, nothing and I don’t want to create another account.

Did you un pair it from your other device first.

Hello @SallySal28, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @ACG, thanks for your helpful advice.
@SallySal28, if you're not able to see the Account button on the top right corner of the screen, don't worry, we're having a little inconvenience with the app but the button is there, only currently invisible. Tap on that area and you will be redirected to your Account settings.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
