Unable to pair back Fitbit Charge to account.

I did the newest update and my charge no longer will sync with the app. I’ve tried deleted the app and reinstalling it. I had Bluetooth forget the device and no luck and I also got rid of the device on the Fitbit app and now I can’t put a device on my Fitbit App because it won’t recognize that my Bluetooth is on?

Hello @Peterpanfan, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and let me know the troubleshooting issues you have tried so far in hopes to resolve this issue. If your Charge is not setting back up to your account I would like to suggest you the following steps in order:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  4. Restart your Charge once again.
  5. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  6. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Charge one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
