Hi. My Fitbit app (iPhone 6s) for my alto keeps saying I need to verify my email address. I’ve pressed the resend button several times. My email address is correct but the verification email is never received. I’ve checked my trash / junk and it’s not there. I’ve seen other posts from users having the same issue but can’t see any replies solving the problem. Thanks

This is a new problem for me. I suggest you click on the link in my signature and choose "let's talk" and contact customer support.
They can pull up your account as see what's happening.
