Unable to receive Facebook messages.

Unable to receive Facebook messages on my Blaze. I have tried syncing it and I have Notifications "On" in my Settings.

If you're not able to receive Notifications, please check the Settings on your Blaze by swiping down the screen when on the clock face and make sure Notifications are on in here. Then, go to your phone settings > notifications > Fitbit and check that the following is enabled:

 

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show in Notification Center
  • Show on Lock Screen.

If you're still not able to receive Notifications, let's try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone Bluetooth settings and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and go to Account > Blaze > Notifications and enable them once again.
