I have set up my Alta on iPad and iPhone but only get award notifications on iPad. I would like them on iPhone instead. I don't mean texts etc

Hello @LaneyB69, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

In order for your phone to receive Fitbit notifications specifically, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications.
  • Show on Lock Screen.
  • Show on Notification Center

Additionally, check that the notifications have been set up as Banners or Alerts and finally, if you have your iPad nearby, please turn off the Bluetooth on it.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
