Unable to receive any notifications or alerts for my iPhone 

have checked all my settings and still no alerts 

any ideas ?

in the last week my fit bit stopped receiving notifications.... I have done everything, can you give me some ideas please on how to get it to work again.

I was having the same issue tried all the settings suggested in multiple posts. I ended up Resetting the device plugged on the charger. Hold the side button until you see a smile face, then only pull off from the charger once it vibrates. That did it for me.

I seem to be specifically missing the sms notification from my iPhone.

iMessages seem to push no problem. Has anyone had this issue?

 

Interestingly, I did get a push sms text from that person while I was scrolling in my photos and the phone was unlocked but I was not in my texts.

I should add this is a new charge 4 and iPhone 7 with the latest iOS
