Hi I got a new iPhone ate **ahem** and now my alto does not display phone calls or text messages. I’ve went through all the help topics and nothing seems to work. I noticed a few said solution excepted but I can’t find what the solution was that you came up with. Because I’m in sales I am often away from my phone but being on the floor and it is important for me to be able to see who is texted or called

I have a new iPhone X and since I have had it I have not been able to get any notifications on my Versa. I have checked all settings and all notifications are on. I have removed the watch and repaired it with my phone but I am still unable to get notifications.

I have searched the topic and tried all posted fixes. Nothing has worked. Both phone and app and up to date. I receive call notifications but no text notifications. Everything work beautifully when I had an iPhone 6s+. Any help or suggestions out there?

I just upgraded my phone from an IPhone 6 to an IPhone 8 Plus. My fitbit is not alerting me to texts or incoming calls when it is on my wrist. I have tried everything above and nothing is working. I also did the online support with Fitbit and they couldn't help me. Any ideas???? It's driving me crazy!

Hello @Kareneiding, @scararo and @KellyG79, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried in hopes to resolve this issue. Notifications skip or stop occasionally for several reasons that don't suggest a problem with your device or the Fitbit app, which is why I would like to ask you to check the following:
If you've reviewed the list above and can't get notifications to work, please try the following:
Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
