My fit and iPhone keep disconnecting. I sync through the app and then it doesn’t show the phone ringing or the text . What should I do.

Best AnswerNone of that worked. I have an iphone 8 and it looks like I'm not the only one with this issue, I JUST bought this watch on Sunday and can receive calls but no texts. This is very frustrating.
