I appreciate your participation in the forums. Please note that based on customer feedback, we stopped showing notifications in the Notification Center. You can continue to receive these notifications as push notifications by turning on Push Notifications in the app under Account > Notifications. Additionally, ensure that Notifications is selected in your iPhone settings.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else you might want to add or if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Please note that as mentioned before, we stopped showing notifications in the Notification Center due to the feedback provided my many customers. You can continue to receive these notifications as push notifications by turning on Push Notifications in the app under Account > Notifications.

Make sure Step Goal Milestones is enabled so you can receive these notifications as push notifications in your phone.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
