I have all the updates of IPhone 8 and Fitbit Alta HR, and although I have no problem in syncronizing data, it does not recognise who is calling me or texting (SMS) me. There is a vibration of the Fitbit, but nothing else. I have done all the suggestions provided (reset device, forget and reconnect device...). Device still has only a single vibrate for text messages and only 2 vibrations for phone calls. This causes me to miss calls and messages.
At the same time on my old Android phone (Samsung S7) I had stable vibration during incoming call and caller name was also visible. How it can be set up on the iPhone?

Hi @Nick2019. It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Thanks for letting me know about your Alta HR, as well for the troubleshooting steps done prior posting. Nice way to go! About your inquiry, currently you'll feel two vibrations for call notifications, and one vibration for text messages, regardless of the phone that you're using. That being said, since you've tried some steps please check the following:
Additionally, I'd suggest to try removing the Alta HR from the Bluetooth settings one more time, and setup your Alta HR as a new device. Follow the onscreen instructions and accept the prompt to pair via Bluetooth.

Hello.
All steps are done, but still only 2 vibrations during incoming call and one vibration for text SMS.
Regards.

Hi @Nick2019. It's nice to see you here again and I'm sorry for my delayed response. I'll continue helping you.
Thanks for trying the steps posted above. As mentioned above, you'll feel one or two vibrations from your device whenever you receive a call or text notifications. Since that's happening, may I know if the sender or caller ID is now displayed on the Alta HR? If not, please confirm that the person that's calling it's saved in your phone's contacts. Also, go to the iPhone's settings and make sure:
Let me know how it goes.

Hello.
Yes, the sender's name is not showing during incoming call, just 2 vibrations feel. And when I press onto a watch, then the handset icon is showing for a couple of seconds. The person is saved into the phone's contacts.
In iPhone settings:
* Settings -> Contacts -> Allow contacts to access -> Siri and Search -> all buttons are Enabled
* Settings -> Notifications -> Show Previows set to "Always".
Regards
