Unable to receive reminders to move on Charge 2.

At one point, I was receiving reminders to get up and walk throughout the day.  All of a sudden they stopped.  How do I turn them on again.

Thank you

Hello @heatherland, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

In this case I would like to check if Reminders to Move is enabled on your tracker by going to the Fitbit app then tap on Account > Charge 2 > Reminders to move. Make sure it's enabled.

Also, please remember that if you complete the 250 steps required every hour you won't receive the reminder to move, you will only receive it 10 minutes before the hour ends if you haven't walk 250 steps.

Finally, it's possible that your tracker is currently in the "Do Not Disturb" mode, which prevents the tracker from receiving the reminder. Press and hold the button on the side for 2 seconds, a vibration and a message will let you know if "Do Not Disturb" has been turned on or off.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome. Smiley Wink

I think the holding down the side button did the trick. Thank you.
