Unable to receive text Notifications on Versa.

My Versa stopped receiving texts a few weeks ago , I haven’t changed or updated anything and have followed the steps in the help section. 

Anyone heve the magic information I’m needing to fix this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Would it be possible to let us know which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? This will be very helpful to determine what we should do next. 

 

In the meantime, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure your Settings are as follow:

Make sure that under Sounds, you have selected any sound other than "None".

I had the issue and just got my versa and in my imessage notification I turned on notification center so all three had checkmark. When I did that I got my text messages on my versa. When I unchecked notification center it did not show on my fitbit. Hope this helps you.

Well it was working till I updated the app on my phone. Now it will only do calls, but no more text and I have gone through everything. It still will not apply text messages to the versa. Why is it that I updated the app and now its broke again. Brand new device and it doesn't get text, not happy with that especially when it very useful to have when not close to your phone or mowing the lawn, etc.... So worked for 14 days......
