Unable to receive text notifications on Blaze.

I've been able to successfully pair my Blaze with my iPhone 7. I get phone and app alerts, but no text alerts. I've tried unticking both the notifications in the phone settings and Fitbit app, but still no luck.

Any other ideas?

Thanks!
J

As that link takes you to an Android help page...

First off, please be advised that depending on your exact phone and operating system, the following may not work. BUT it is working for me with my iPhone SE running iOS 11.0.2 and has worked for other iPhone and iOS combinations.

  1. Start with the phone's app at the main dashboard.
  2. Press on the account icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. On the Account screen press on "Alta HR".
  4. On the Alta HR screen press on "Notifications".
  5. On the Notification screen make it look like mine in the image below these steps.
  6. Press on "< Alta HR" at the top of the screen.
  7. On the Alta HR screen scroll down to the bottom and press "Sync Now".
  8. Press on the dashboard icon at the bottom left of the screen.
  9. Have someone text you.

I hope this helps.

And if it doesn't, there is always the iPhone notification help page at:
