Unable to receive text notifications on Charge 2.

My fitbit Charge2 used to alert me when i got a text but now it does not notify me. Is there something i need to fix in settings or reset?

Fitbit is having issues with some of the mobile features, @Kierstenconroy. They hope to resolve them soon but in the mean time, you can try resetting your device. And you may want to reset it again once the problem is resolved at Fitbit's end. 

 

Here are instructions on how to reset a Charge 2.

@Kierstenconroy, after restarting  your tracker as @SunsetRunner mentioned, if you're not able to receive notifications, please make sure your Charge 2 is not currently on the "do not disturb" mode by pressing down the button on the side for 2 seconds. A vibration and a message will let you know if notifications have been turned on or off. 

 

Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications.
  • Show on Lock Screen
  • Show in Notification Center.
