My Flex 2 vibrates for calls but not texts. I've turned it off and on again in settings. I've plugged the chip into the charger and reset it by pushing the button three times. I've deleted and reinstalled the app all without success.

Hello @BrPhill, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Which phone are you currently using, which iOS version is your phone running? As you have already restarted your Flex 2, please go to your phone settings > Fitbit > notifications and make sure the following is enabled:
- Allow Notifications
- Show in Notification Center
- Show on lock screen.
Then, let's reset Notifications on your tracker to get a fresh start:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Restart your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Flex 2 > Notifications and enable them one by one.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
