Unable to remove alarms in new layout

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the new layout and when I go to 'Set Alarm', it tells me that "You can only have 8 alarms. Remove an alarm to add a new one." BUT once I click 'OK' it doesn't actually show me the alarms.... so I can't remove any.  Is there another way to view the alarms I have set up so that I can remove one? Not sure how I'm supposed to remove an alarm if it doesn't show me them anymore... Help! Thanks

Does this issue occur in the fitbit app for the phone? If yes, which operating system does your phone use? iOS, Android, Windows?

Thank you

I am having the exact same problem. I can't find anywhere on the app to access alarms except via + > Set Alarm. I get the same pop up message, and OK just closes it.

Such an annoying glitch! I got around it by logging in online (on my imac)
and deleting all the alarms from there. Then when i synced again, it was
all good.

You need to log in online, from a computer, and then delete the alarms... took too long to figure that out!

@samson84 @sarasmatic You can set alarms on the iOS App. This can be done by:

1. Opening the App.

2. Click the account button in the bottom right-hand corner.

3. Click the tile with your tracker near the top.

4. Click the silent alarm button.

5. Click the "Set a New Alarm" button.

6. Set your alarm, click save, and then sync your tracker for the alarm to sync over to your tracker.

Hope this helps you both out!
