The app says that there is a server problem and won’t let me see recent events.

Hi there, @Britbat.

Thanks for sharing these details with me. Let me share our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app which is progressively rolling out. Please double check the App Store to see if you have it available and if so, install it on your phone. Then reboot your phone and try checking your ECG results one more time to see how it goes.

Hi, I deleted the Fitbit iPad app, rebooted the Sense 2, did the latest update to the iPad then loaded the Fitbit app for iPad back on to the iPad but the internal server message still comes up when I try to download the ecg results from the sense 2 to the iPad. What next?

I don’t have a smart phone I have an iPad, YouTube tv(google) insisted that I have a smart phone to establish my location for that service so I had to cancel it. I hope that since google is now involved t I don’t have a useless piece of tech on my wrist! I also hope a human actually reads this and can do something about this situation!
