Hello @Des7470, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Is this the first time you've experienced this issue? Did you have your phone with you when doing your run? Did the exercise recorded and not showing the map?

Please keep in mind that all GPS devices, whether your phone or your tracker connected to your phone, require a direct path to these satellites in order to receive their radio transmissions. If the signal is being blocked—either because you're underground, near many tall buildings, or as a result of atmospheric effects—GPS will not work.

In this case I would like to suggest the following steps if you’re going to use connected GPS, make sure Bluetooth and GPS are both enabled on your phone (on your phone go to Settings > Fitbit > Location and tap on Always).

  1. On your tracker, swipe to the Exercise screen and tap it, then swipe to find the exercise of your choice. If you see a gear icon in the lower left, that exercise offers connected GPS. Tap the gear to see an option for turning GPS on or off.
  2. Press the Back (left) button to return to your exercise.
  3. Tap the exercise to select. You’ll see the Let’s Go! screen. If you chose a connected-GPS exercise, you’ll see a phone icon in the top left. The dots mean your tracker is looking for the GPS signal.
  4. When the phone icon turns bright and the tracker vibrates, you know GPS is connected.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
