Unable to see Step Tile on Dashboard.

Since I changed my Iphone, only the Cals are shown and not any more the steps. How do I do to show the steps again!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Usually when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:

 

  1. Your tracker has been removed accidentally from the account: To check this, please tap on the Account button and verify that your tracker is listed under your Name. If it's not, please set it up as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker or "MobileTrack" and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  2. The tile has been removed from the Dashboard and is now invisible: To verify this, please scroll down until you find the Edit button. Tap on it and the invisible tiles will display a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on the plus sign to make them visible again.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me - and I can’t get the charge 2 to sync with a new phone. I’ve almost given up! Did u find a resolve?

Hi,

Unfortunately its still not worked for me - I have followed the instructions and my account is still in my name so I have checked the dashboard and there are no invisible tiles that I can re-instate. 

I also have the issue of my phone and my watch no longer syncing. 

 

please help?

I appreciate you have come back, @thomas.bela thanks for letting us know your issue has now been resolved, I'm very glad. 

 

@Sibeons, would it be possible for you to go to the Fitbit app, then tap on Account and make sure your device is listed under your name? If it's not listed, that's the reason you're unable to see the step tile. You will need to set it up again, please follow the instructions listed earlier. If it's already listed but you're not able to see the step tile even when trying to edit the Dashboard, please take a screenshot of the Dashboard and of what you're able to see when you tap on Account and reply to us with those screenshots.

please see below my current account in my email address:

 

I can confirm my dashboard has no tiles in it - but I am unable to show via a photo as the file jpeg exceeds the maximum file size of 3072K. and a am unable to cut and paste onto this msg.

Hello @Sibeons thanks for coming back and having replied with some screenshots. Smiley Happy

 

Judging by the screenshots you sent, I can tell you don't have a Fitbit device linked to your account, which is why the steps tile (and other tiles as well) is not showing up in the Dashboard. At this moment, please tap on the Account button, on the next screen tap on "+Set Up a new Device" and follow the instructions to add a device to your account. 

 

If you don't have a Fitbit device, you can select "MobileTrack" by scrolling all the way down.

Thank you. Solved my issue. Tracker was accidentally removed, had to set up as new device. So simple to fix. ✌🏼
