Hi. I keep getting emails that someone has messaged me personally on the app, but when I open the app it says I haven’t received any messages. I feel bad not replying to people, but the comversations won’t pop up.

Hi @SunsetRunner. Which Fitbit device do you have? And when you say you "open the app," are you opening the IOS messaging app? That's where the message should appear.

I have the Charge 2 and I mean opening the FitBit app on my iPhone.

Ah! I have the answer! Keep in mind that the iPhone apps (messages, calendar, etc.) send notifications to Fitbit. To read the actual message, you have to open your iPhone message app. Just like if you want to see the details of a calendar event, you have to open the iPhone calendar app.
