Hello. My auntie has given me her old Charge 2 as she received a new one. She has deleted the device from her account but the Charge 2 is not syncing with my iPhone on the app, the Bluetooth is not being picked up. Is there a way I can do this. Thanks.

Good morning Hanna,
Be sure the Charge2 is charged and you have set up your own unique login email and password at fitbit.com to pair your tracker with
Install the App on your mobile and your Charge 2 should add.
If it still isn't, look under bluetooth in your preferences
Forget any devices listed and the list should repopulate.
Only one Charge 2 should be available try to connect it.
Come back and let us know how it goes.
