Unable to set up Charge HR on iOS device.

When I try to sync my used charge hr to my phone. It says hold button down for 3 seconds to sync and just my timer comes on. What am I doing wrong?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, is this a new Charge HR you're trying to set up? Have you restarted it already? If so, I would like to suggest you that when the app asks you to press and hold the button on the side for 3 seconds, do it; if you're not able to see the 4 digit code, release the button and hold it again for 3 to 5 seconds. Repeat this several times until you get the 4 digit code.
