@Xueqin Can you be more specific? What model Fitbit? What model phone? What error message are you getting?

Hello @Xueqin, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you. It's always nice to see you too @LZeeW.
@Xueqin, as @LZeeW mentioned, which tracker are you trying to set up? Which mobile device are you using? Are you getting an error message? Additionally, I would like to suggest you the following:
- Restart your tracker
- Restart your phone
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds.
- Plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging.
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere.
- Set up your tracker:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- If you get a message asking you to pair your tracker with your phone, please pair it.
