I’m trying to set up Inspire to iPhone X
Bluetooth is on but it won’t connect just keeps spinning and searching.
Moderator Edit: Clarified Subject.
Hi, @VivienneC , try turning BT off on your phone, waiting a moment, and then turning it back on again.
It also might help to give your new Inspire a restart. Each time you restart a Bluetooth reconnection should be prompted, so this may help.
It also can help if other Bluetooth devices are out of range, as sometimes the signals can interfere with each other.
Good luck. Let us know how it goes and please post again if you continue to have problems. Welcome to the forums!

Best AnswerMy new Inspire will not set-up. I have:
restarted the iPhone. Turned Bluetooth on and off (mutilpe times). Restarted tne Inspire (twice) . Is just can’t seem to find it. I even disconnected my old One and it still can’t find the Inspire. Now what?

Best AnswerI have tried multiple times to set up my new inspire hr to my IPhone XR with the same message stating something went wrong. I’ve read the forum & I see many others have had the same problem. I’ve tried the suggestions to rectify the problem but with no luck. What do I do now?!!!
Best AnswerI can not get my Fitbit to pair with my iPhone. I restarted my Fitbit and made sure the Bluetooth setting was on. The two just won’t pair
Best AnswerI had managed to pair it and then it disconnected and I’ve turned the Bluetooth on and off a few times
