mobile track doesn’t appear on my menu

Hi @angeluriel you are asking about the fitbit app on your phone. May I ask what phone? 

Your phone will need to have the hardware step counter chip in it. Not all phones have this, if fitbit can not detect the required hardware, the user will not see this option.
