Same here. Just ipgrafed to iPhone X. I have shut down, deleted the app, reinstalled, shut down blue tooth. Repeatedly. Really? This is the 3rd time going thru this with the charge 3. This should NOT be this difficult. Beyond frustrated. I want my Apple watch back.

I appreciate your participation in the forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Please note that your tracker will not sync nor pair through the Bluetooth Settings on your phone but through the Fitbit app. With that said, I would like to suggest you to try the following steps in order:
