Hi,

Recently I ran into an issue when setting up my replacement FitBit Surge and an Charge HR for my girlfriend. We both have macbooks (iOS 10.11) and we get stuck on the screen where you have to setup or choose a fitbit account.

The screen with personal details (name, gender, height, weight) The only fields that is not showing is the Date of birth. its a mandatory field and therefore we cannot finish up the set up.
I also have a Windows 10 pc and the setup there works just fine.

Any solutions?

Thank you for reporting this, we're currently experiencing a bug within Fitbit Connect that describes exactly the situation you've encountered. Our team is currently working towards a prompt and proper solution to implement it as soon as possible. Meanwhile, if you have an alternative device, such as your Windows 10 computer, I would recommend setting up your tracker with it. After being set up you should be able to sync with your Macbook.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, please let me know in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
