I have a new fitbit alta HR.

Fitbit app is installed on Iphone. (Bluetooth is on)

Fitbit is charged

Both devices don't find each other.

www.fitbit.com/setup keeps coming on screen from alta HR.

What is wrong?

Thx Carol for you reaction but it didn't solved the problem.

The Fitbit help desk provided the good one.

  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • reboot your mobile device
  • Restart your tracker by following the next steps here
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Go to your Fitbit app
  • Select the account icon on the top right corner
  • Tap set up a device and follow the instructions prompt on the app

Looking forward to use it

Hi @Dostio. Try this:

  1. Open your iPhone’s bluetooth setting. If the Versa shows up, Forget it.
  2. Open the Fitbit app. If your Alta HR shows up, scroll down to Remove This Device.
  3. Then, from within the Fitbit app, select Set Up Device. This process automatically sets up the bluetooth.

It should work after that. Please let me know.
