Got my replacement change 2 cause the first one quit tracking heart rate all together and now this one will not pair with iPhone 7 plus.  Had no issues with original fracker.  Been trying since Saturday - ready to throw out the window n run it over. 😡

Hello @workinnurse, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's nice to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If your replacement Charge 2 is not setting up in your account, it's possible your phone is still looking for the old one in which case I would like to suggest the following:

  • Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Charge 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  • Restart your phone
  • Restart your Charge 2

Then, proceed by setting up your tracker as a new device. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices and that you have a strong WiFi signal.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

This is not an acceptable solution because it's still not working - biggest waste of money

So my replacement charge 2 won't pair at all - have reset my phone so many times I think it's brand new - have reset the tracker multiple times as well as shutting off the Bluetooth n starting it again.  Very frustrating - the original one was easy to set up but this one I've had for 2 weeks now and nothing.  I can't pair with my iPad either.   I just don't get it. There were a few times in the beginning when it tried but wouldn't go past the point where you enter the code n then kept giving error message saying couldn't communicate with the tracker ?
