I updated to iOS11 on my phone and now the fitbit app won’t work, I just got a Fitbit and I haven’t been able to set it up because the buttons on the app don’t work

Have you updated the app recently? If so, please force-close it by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. Then, open it again and try to set up your tracker.
If your tracker is still unable to be set up, please reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see when trying to set it up, indicating which button is the one not working. That will be very helpful for me to check this further.
