Unable to set weight loss start date

I am trying to update my weight loss goal, but I'm not able to select a weight loss start date. When I try to choose January 9th as the start date, it automatically changes it to January 26th. On top of that, it adds an incorrect weigh-in for the 26th each time I try. I've tried changing it in the iOS app as well as the fitbit.com dashboard (I don't even see a way to do it there). It just keeps changing the date back to the 26th each time.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I documented on how to edit your plan dates and also documented that it was broken on 1/29/2021 in this thread:

Changing weight goal without losing progress

I included a FitBit moderator in my findings.
