Have you restarted your Alta HR lately? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, I would like to ask you to try to set up your phone using your mobile data instead of WiFi. If you're still getting an error when trying to set up the tracker, please take a screenshot of it and reply to me with it so I can check this further.
