Hello. I’m running latest iOS 17.0.3 on an iPhone 14. I am unable to setup mobile track. I see the option but when I click it nothing happens. It does not proceed to any setup process.
I also have a charge 3 however at the time it was off as the battery was dead.

Hi @Timtekk -- looks like you've got an older version of the app. Can you update to version 4.01? In the new version, you add your iPhone differently, (before loading the list of possible Fitbits) and that may fix your problem.
If you can't (no prompt to update) or don't want to update, try restarting your iPhone. The screen button may just be unresponsive.

Hi @Timtekk - My iPhone 7, Fitbit app version 3.89 allows MobileTrack setup. Try logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and restart the phone to see if that clears the problem, also post which Fitbit App version you have, in all probability version 4.
