Hi,
I can’t get my phone to discover my device. I have successfully synced to devices many times before. I followed the advice here— everything is charged, have turned on/off Bluetooth, turned on/off phone. I was able to delete and reinstall the app and that worked a few weeks ago but won’t work anymore. Other than that charge 2 seems functional. Thoughts?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
