Unable to sync after updating to iOS 13

I hate Apple for its iOS 13. Email sucks, syncing iTunes sucks, and now I can’t even pair up my Fitbit much less synch it. The phone won’t locate the Fitbit. I’ve turned Bluetooth off and on, the notifications off and on. Nothing works. Really wish Apple geeks wouldn’t fix what ain’t broke. Any ideas out there?

Hi @Bird666. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for taking the time to share that your Fitbit isn't syncing correctly. I understand how you're feeling about being unable to update your details. Our team has received feedback from our members who are unable to sync their devices after updating to iOS 13, and they're working hard to bring a solution. In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn Off your iPhone's Bluetooth and any other Bluetooth connection nearby.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Restart your Fitbit.
  6. Turn On the Bluetooth only in your iPhone.
  7. Open the Fitbit app and try setting it up as a replacement device.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

I have the same problem. I had tried to reboot my Versa and iPhone, reinstalled fibit apps and did replacement but it didn’t work. My phone showed found it but couldn’t connect to my tracker.

Hi @Love_mandt. Welcome! It's great to have you on board.

Thanks for sharing that your Versa is also not syncing, as well for troubleshooting it with the suggested steps shared above. I'm sorry that you're going through this situation. Before anything else, could you please confirm if you've tried all the steps suggested in my previous post? If not, please give them a try to get your watch reconnected. Keep me posted with the outcome.

If you have another question, let me know.

Hi @Conair. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic isn't syncing correctly. May I know if your iPhone is also running iOS 13 or higher? Do you see an error message when trying to sync? Since your post didn't mention, I'd recommend to give a try to the steps suggested in my post and enable the All-Day Sync in the Fitbit app so your watch can automatically sync your data.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
