My Charge 2 has gone in the huff today and stopped talking to my iPhone or MacBook.
The app is showing my last sync first thing this morning but since then it has been "looking" but not finding.
I have tried switching off/on bluetooth on the iPhone; I have put in the dongle to the MacBook; I have also connected the FitBit to the MacBook using the charging cable - nothing is working.
I removed the device and tried to reconnect but FitBit Connect is unable to find the device despite it sitting on top of the keyboard and being attached to the charging cable...
Any ideas?

I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:
