Hey there,
I can't believe I've just spent 2 hours trying EVERYTHING to make my inspire HR works with my iPhone X. I realized after the upgrade to the latest iOS release, data was not syncing. Actually, the device would not connect to the phone. Tried pretty much everything in no particular order:
- Turn on/off bluetooth on iphone
- Reinstalled app
- Reboot iphone
- Factory reset the inspire HR
- Reboot of the inspire HR
- Made sure bluetooth was given access to the fitbit app
- Deleted the device from the bluetooth menu on the phone
The inspire HR just can't find my phone.
So now I'm left with a brick. It was working fine since July 😞
Dunno if I should be angry at Apple or Fitbit/Google ... or both for not working well together. With the Google acquisition I don't see it working any better.
