Unable to sync with iPhone app.

My Fitbit quit syncing to the app on my iPhone.  I've only had the Fitbit about 3 weeks.  It wouldn't sync so I rebooted the phone.  That didn't work.  I've also closed the app, signed out of the app, deleted and reinstalled the app.  Nothing is working.  Now the app won't let me even log in.  It just spins and says  "logging in".  Help!

Hello @janetmb, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

If you're still not able to log in to your Fitbit account, please go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then try to log in to the app.

If your tracker is still not syncing with the Fitbit app, please restart it and check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members on the Community facing the same situation. In case these steps don't do the trick, let's try setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
