Hi,
I have been trying to edit my starting weight and date to match when I actually started to loose weight back in December, and it will not save.
I have carried out ALL the recommended troubleshooting measures (updating app, deleting and re-downloading app etc etc ETC…) and in-spite of this, I have had no luck.
I have also contacted Fitbit support directly and there has been no change.
I work as an admin so I have a good understanding of basic tech, and I can guarantee this is a software issues/bug that is causing the system to not sync/save this information correctly.
Would like this resolved ASAP, thank you.
