I have followed the steps and enabled location on my iPhone, then done all steps to enable location and GPS on the app but when I try to start a run or bike ride it says check fitbit app ?

Hello, thank you, I have tried the old trick of turning of both the iPhone and the watch and low and behold it is now working, obviously just a strange one as I didn't change any settings ,
