It won’t show me or let me use the advanced sleeping. It starts like it’s going to open then never does and kicks me out. Ice logged out turned off phone. Does nothing. Can someone help?

@Mnjp93 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
I moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic.
I'd like you to confirm that you have a compatible operating system, for iOS it should be 12.2 or higher. If you have it but still experiencing difficulties, let me know the phone model, OS installed and if the app is crashing when viewing other stats.
In the meantime, try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
