Hello Fitbit- was wondering if there is any update on the IOS update that was back in September/October where some individuals still not receiving text messages. It is now December and I’m still not able to receive them. Update please.

I understand your frustration with your notifications issue. Please view this thread here:https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... Pay special attention to page 1 of the thread and perform those steps carefully. 
I wish I could offer more information but that it truly all I know about the issue at this time. When new information or updates occur they can be found there.

Hello... I have followed these steps over and over and still no resolution. What other options are available? These that are being provided seems to not work. Thanks.

Hello again @Teshia 

I’m sorry the steps provided in the link did not resolve your issue. They are the only troubleshooting steps I’m aware of. My only suggestion would be to watch that thread....when new updates become available they will be posted there.
