Update ios13 killed my blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My blaze is not recognized when checking WiFi connection fails continuously. Blaze does not function beyond date and time. That’s it. No step or sleep records. Have no reason to continue wearing it or buying another FITBIT item. It’s been days without full functionality. Loss of credibility in company now

Hello @Ackermissall

I understand your Blaze is not functioning properly after the iOS 13 update. Have you tried restarting your Fitbit Blaze. You will not lose data doing this. You can find the instructions how here:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=Restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

😃 I hope this resolves the issue your having with your Blaze. Keep me posted

I deleted the App and removed the blaze blue tooth that would not connect. I am simply disgusted with FitBit taking no immediate plan for us having no operating Blaze since the update.

Hello @Ackermissall

I don’t understand why you deleted the app. You didn’t try restarting the Fitbit Blaze first? So currently your app is deleted and your Blaze is not connected to Bluetooth....do you want to try to resolve the issue or are you too frustrated at the moment. I’d really like to try and help. Keep me posted.

My blaze has also been adversely affected since I installed iOS13. It will not recognise bluetooth at all.

I have restarted the blaze, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone with blaze both on and off, removed all bluetooth connections, checked notification settings for messages...

I am not receiving any message notifications at all...

Right now, I'm browsing Apple watches for sale....
