@Tonie1  Your Fitbit App on your phone will notify you when the update is available for the tracker.  (Will see a pink banner that states Update Available). Once you click on it, you can follow the instructions from there.

You're just gonna have to wait until it's pushed to you, unfortunately.  The time difference between mine and my wife's update notifications was a week
